About the teacher training
This multi-style training offers an introduction to traditional hatha yoga and its dynamic younger sister vinyasa flow yoga. It is complemented by a module in yin yoga, that allows future teachers or practitioners to include yin yoga with a solid foundation.
A multi-style training enables you to gain knowledge in the most-taught yoga styles, that can be combined – if you wish so – in a beautiful way.
The base of all asana-based practices is Hatha yoga, which then allows you to build up your vinyasa flow. Yin Yoga knowledge gives you the possibility to include more restorative asanas and practices as well as differently targeted stimulation to body and mind.
The slower pace of this training allows you to learn and practice, repeat and digest the content of one module until the following month. Each module consists of and input by the teacher(s), discussions, 2 yoga classes a day on weekends and one yoga class on teaching evenings, as well as time for self-practice, group work and feedback rounds.
The teacher training was created on the belief that there is a better way to practice yoga , to share and to connect with ourselves in these bizarre times. A more honest, heart driven way to approach life itself through the path of yoga and to offer a way to acceptance and balance.
