Ivon has been practising and studying yoga since 2007. She sees yoga as an adventure, lifestyle, holistic system that helps to unlock ones purest potential and keep body healthy and mind clear.

The style she has been practising and teaching the most is called Vinyasa Krama, where Vinyasa stands for connection of breath and movement and Krama is staging or sequencing. It is rooted in Sri Krishnamacharya's teachings that later evolved into many influential yoga schools as Ashtanga yoga by Pattabhi Jois or Iyengar yoga. Ivona is 700 hrs certified yoga teacher (200 Ashtanga yoga, 500 Vinyasa Krama) with 13 years of teaching experience.

Vinyasa Krama is Yoga tailored for individuals - sequences that are scaled and modified for students with any physical condition. Students learn sequencing as a model for exploration rather than a goal to be reached. This enables all Vinyasa Krama teachers to help a huge variety of students with different rates of learning. VK teaching enables to teach more students than other Vinyasa methods - as neither age nor ability is a barrier and tends to be inclusive rather than exclusive.

In a first part of workshop we will go through the Moon sequence, which is a great sequence for exploring physical aspect of the body and then eventually, with ongoing practice, feel the more subtle aspects. It suitable for the practitioners if they want to have slower, down to earth practise e.g. on moon days. In the second part, we will be introducing Vinyasa Krama system and sequences as designed and taught by Matthew Sweeney.

Booking & Cancellation policy

• Invoice will be sent after registration.

• Amount is non-refundable for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the event.

• Amount cannot be transferred to future events, only in exceptional cases of severe illness and upon availability in future workshops.

• Workshop takes place with a minimum number of 6 participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be informed 2 days prior to the event and the full amount will be refunded
