The philosophy of Rocket yoga reveals itself in the practice, reflects back to the old literature such as the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, and then finds a home in the heart of each student. The way that each student practices, inner home is unique to each individual Rocket yoga is about your individual jour. and my personal philosophy, there is room for you to add your own.
