HOW MUCH IS IT?

Why choose this Training?

This 200-hour multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna combines Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga within a clearly structured, practice-oriented curriculum. The training offers not only a solid foundation in asana practice, but also covers sequencing, teaching methodology, functional anatomy, breathwork and meditation. Graduates receive an internationally recognised RYT-200 certification through Yoga Alliance and develop the competence to teach yoga responsibly and authentically.

The training is taught in English and intentionally limited to a small group of a maximum of 12 participants. This small group setting allows for individual guidance, personal feedback and real depth of learning. There is space for hands-on adjustments, questions and personal development processes—far removed from anonymous, large-scale teacher trainings.

The modular structure makes it possible to complete the training alongside professional or personal commitments over several months. The individual modules build on one another and create a solid foundation both for practitioners who wish to deepen their own practice and for those who want to pursue a professional path as a yoga teacher.

What’S the Training ABOUT?

Hatha Yoga forms the methodological basis of all asana-based practices and establishes a clear understanding of alignment, stability and mindful execution. Building on this foundation, participants learn how to develop and teach dynamic Vinyasa sequences in an intelligent and purposeful way.

The integrated Yin Yoga module expands the training with a calm and introspective approach. Participants learn how long-held postures, mindfulness and deep relaxation can be consciously integrated into both personal practice and yoga teaching.

The training is taught in English, in a small group setting and within a supportive learning environment. It is suitable both for practitioners who wish to deepen their own practice and for those who aim to become certified yoga teachers (RYT-200).

Personal Guidance Instead of a Mass Format

This Training is intentionally led by only two experienced yoga teachers, each teaching in the areas in which they bring many years of personal practice and teaching experience. The training team is small—and this is a core part of the concept.

Rather than working with a large number of rotating teachers, the training offers continuity, clear didactic lines and a trusting learning environment. Participants are closely supported throughout the entire training, allowing individual development processes to become visible and to be supported in a targeted and meaningful way.

The training takes place in a genuine small-group setting. This allows for in-depth, personal feedback, particularly on home practice assignments, sequencing tasks and teaching practice. Many asanas are explored both collectively and individually, enabling body awareness, alignment and personal practice to deepen significantly over the five-month training period.

This format is designed for people who want to truly learn—not simply complete a certification. It is for those who value presence, quality and personal feedback, and who are looking for a training in which learning is allowed time, space and relationship.

After completing this Training, you will be able to:

  • independently teach safe and well-founded yoga classes in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

  • apply solid knowledge of asana sequencing, anatomy and teaching methodology

  • integratively teach breathwork, meditation and relaxation techniques

  • clearly convey yoga philosophy, ethics and subtle body concepts

  • work with individual students and adapt classes appropriately to different situations and needs

  • deepen your own practice and develop a conscious, sustainable yoga path

Who is this Training for?

This training is for you if you:

  • want to deepen your own yoga practice and build a solid foundation in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

  • are seeking a qualified and internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance)

  • wish to learn in a small, individually supported group (maximum 12 participants)

  • want to develop your teaching skills in sequencing, alignment, breathwork, meditation and teaching methodology

  • are open to completing the training in English in Vienna

THE PRACTICE

rocket

A dynamic and energizing 90-minute Rocket Vinyasa journey inspired by the traditional Primary Series. This practice combines a strong, continuous flow with conscious breathing, creating internal heat while developing strength, flexibility, stamina, and focus.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON

The Primary Series places a strong emphasis on hip and hamstring opening, spinal mobility, twists, core strength, shoulder stability, backbending, arm balances, and inversions. The sequence progressively challenges the body while encouraging greater mobility, control, and awareness.

THE EXPERIENCE

Expect a rhythmic, breath-led practice that moves between strength and openness, stability and fluidity. We build heat through dynamic vinyasa, explore deeper physical opening, and incorporate opportunities for arm balances and inversions. The practice is both challenging and playful, inviting you to explore your edge while staying connected to the breath.

BENEFITS

Regular practice can help develop full-body strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, endurance, and concentration. The combination of movement and breath creates a deeply energizing practice that can leave you feeling lighter, stronger, more open, and grounded.

WHO IS it FOR?

This class is best suited for beginners to advanced practitioners who are comfortable with a dynamic Vinyasa practice and familiar with foundational yoga postures. Variations and modifications are offered to support different levels of experience.

HEART OVER MIND | AN IMMERSIVE ROCKET JOURNEY

HEART OVER MIND |

An Immersive Rocket Journey

What if you didn’t need to know the next step, but simply trusted yourself to take it?

2-hour immersive Rocket Yoga experience exploring trust, intuition, and the inner compass.

what you’ll experience

Join me for a 2-hour immersive Rocket Yoga experience exploring trust, intuition and the quiet voice within.

We’ll begin with a short intention-setting practice — a moment to pause, check in with yourself and notice what you’re really bringing into the room.

Then we move.

A 90-minute Rocket journey through grounding, heart opening, challenge and surrender, weaving together dynamic sequences, transitions, arm balances, inversions and moments of stillness.

There will be moments that ask you to be brave.
Moments that ask you to let go.
And moments where the only thing left to do is breathe, listen and trust.

Because sometimes the mind wants to know exactly what comes next.

But the body already knows.

This practice is an invitation to step away from overthinking and reconnect with your own inner compass — to feel your way through movement rather than needing to have all the answers.

We’ll close with a soft savasana and a simple heart-centred ritual, giving you space to integrate the experience and carry something from the practice with you beyond the mat.

You don’t need to know the next step.
You just need to trust yourself enough to take it.

TRUST. FEEL. MOVE.

2 hours · Rocket Yoga · All levels with a regular yoga practice

Come as you are.
Leave a little more connected to what you already know within.

look• observe • SUPPORT

look

Learn to observe before making contact — movement, breath, stability, effort, and individual differences.

observe

Develop sensitivity through your hands and learn to recognize resistance, movement, and stability.

SUPPORT

Use touch intentionally to guide, stabilize, communicate, and create space for the student to explore.

WHY HANDS-ON?

Hands-on assisting can be a simple and powerful way to support a student.

A thoughtful touch can help someone feel more grounded, find direction, create space, or become more aware of their body and movement.

It is not about changing the student or making a pose look “better.”

It is about being present, paying attention, and offering support when it is truly needed.

Touch also asks us to be mindful. It requires awareness, sensitivity, clear communication, and respect for each student's boundaries.

In this training, we will explore how to make hands-on assisting feel more natural, confident, and intentional — while always respecting the individual in front of you.

During the training, we will explore:

  • When to assist — and when not to

  • How to observe before touching

  • Hand placement, pressure, direction, and timing

  • Using touch as a way to communicate

  • Supporting without forcing

  • Adapting assists to different bodies

  • Building confidence and presence as a teacher

  • Consent, boundaries, and respectful communication

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

THE FOUNDATIONS

Understanding the intention behind an assist and moving beyond the idea of simply “correcting” a pose.

OBSERVATION

Learning to pause, look, listen, and understand before making contact.

THE ART OF TOUCH

Exploring hand placement, pressure, direction, timing, and quality of touch.

CONSENT & BOUNDARIES

Creating a culture of consent and learning how to communicate clearly before and during physical contact.

HANDS-ON PRACTICE

Practical assists across a variety of postures, including:

Standing poses • Forward folds • Twists • Hip openers • Backbends • Seated poses • Arm balances • Inversions • Restorative poses

The goal is not to memorize adjustments.

It is to understand the intention behind them and learn how to adapt your approach to each student.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL MANUAL

Every participant receives a Professional Hands-On Assists Manual to support their learning during and after the training.

It includes:

  • Teaching principles

  • Practical verbal cues

  • Step-by-step assisting techniques

  • Visual guidance for hand placement and positioning

  • Consent & safety guidelines

  • Key teaching points

A practical resource to return to long after the 20 hours are complete.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This training is for:

  • Certified yoga teachers who want to develop their hands-on skills

  • Teachers who want to feel more confident with touch

  • Teachers looking for a more mindful approach to adjustments

  • Experienced teachers wanting to refine observation and communication

  • Yoga practitioners interested in exploring the relationship between movement, touch, and awareness

WHAT YOU WILL TAKE AWAY

After 20 hours, you will have:

  • Practical hands-on assisting skills

  • A stronger ability to observe before touching

  • Greater confidence with touch and communication

  • A deeper understanding of consent and boundaries

  • Practical tools you can bring into your teaching

  • A Professional Hands-On Assists Manual

And, most importantly, a new perspective on the relationship between teacher, student, body, and touch.

BEFORE YOU TOUCH

Take a moment.
Look.
Listen.
Feel.
Ask.
Then decide.

Because the most meaningful assist is not always the one that takes a student deeper.

Sometimes it is the one that helps them feel more present, more aware, and more connected to themselves.
